På CFA 2011 årsmøde blev det besluttet, at
Region 9 Europe vil blive indviet den 1. maj 2012.
CFD vil være en af de klubber i den nye region.
En hjemmeside er
nu online til at hjælpe i planlægningen.
Den regionale direktør har skrevet til os
Cat Fanciers of Denmark is one of the first ID member clubs
from 16 countries to be transferred from the International Division
to the new region. Eventually CFA hopes that all of the 44 European
countries comprising the new region will have member clubs.
I have learnt that CFD has had some problems within CFA due to
misinformation circulating about the club. I can confirm that CFD
are not the subject of any protests to the CFA Board.
Denmark is an important part of the new region and the CFD Board
have our full support. Rest assured that CFD will receive all
possible help from the Region 9 interim Board in the conduct of its
affairs, in particular, the planning and staging of a second cat
show in 2012.
